Her primary focus is to help the customer feel comfortable and at ease in getting their roof inspected, repaired or replaced with the customer having to deal with as little stress or worries as possible. Lucy provides an honest and friendly attitude from your first phone call to the completion of the job. Helping the customer is her main objective.
