How long have you been in business?2020-09-08T20:17:19+00:00

With over 40 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry we are your property improvement and maintenance specialists.

What is your primary product or service?2020-09-08T20:17:08+00:00

We specialize in all types of roofing. If you have a flat roof, we will typically install Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO), a single-ply reflective roofing system made from ethylene-propylene rubber and polyprophylene polymerized together. The most common types of roofing product installed are shingles. Shingles come with a 25, 30, 40, and 50 year warranty. If you are looking for a quality but affordable roof, we recommend 30 year laminated shingles. These shingles typically have a 110 mile per hour wind warranty where the 25 year shingles typically have a 60 mile per hour wind warranty. Laminated shingles are typically going to be the best value shingle. We also offer tile roofing for which many styles and colors are available. If you are looking for a premium roof, we offer standing seam metal roofing. Finally, no matter what style roof you are looking for, we can install it in metal. We have metal that has the look of tile, wood shakes, shingles, and many more options.

We have a different approach than most roofing companies, we can offer you any type of roof. Where many roofing companies sub out their metal roofs, we bend all of our trim at our office, and have installers that are well educated to install the roofs. We have a project manager that checks on your roof to ensure the highest level of quality possible. We are a first class operated company. Being family owned, we treat you with respect and go the extra mile to make sure we will be the company that you can confidently tell all of your friends about.

How many locations do you have? Do you plan to expand?2020-09-08T20:16:05+00:00

We operate out of central San Antonio, a few miles West of the Quarry. We have doubled in size the last three years in a row. Why? Our customers are very comfortable referring us to others. We have over 50 insurance adjusters in the San Antonio area that refer us as a preferred contractor. Many insurance adjusters look at hundreds of roofs every year. Holding a high level of quality, our roofs are seen time after time looking better than the rest. We are also a consulting company. If a homeowner believes that there is hail damage on their roof but their insurance company isn’t providing coverage because they believe that there isn’t hail on their roof, we can do an inspection to give our opinion. Many times, insurance companies will hire us to provide this service because we give a fair opinion every time. On the homeowners side, this is free of charge to you. All that we ask is that you use us to replace your roof if we get your insurance company to pay for replacement of your roof.
